How AI usage works
- Included usage
- Each plan includes an amount of AI every month, counted at the same rates as on-demand usage. It does not carry over.
- On-demand usage
- On paid plans, AI can continue beyond the included usage. It is billed as it accrues, at the same rates.
- Spend limits
- You choose a monthly limit for on-demand usage, and a company can set one for each person. At the limit, AI stops.
- Prices and tax
- Prices exclude VAT, which is added according to your country. Payments go through Stripe.
- Cancelling
- You can cancel any time: the plan stays until the end of the period already paid.
- Changing plan
- Changing plan or number of seats is charged for the days left, and the month’s included AI follows.
