Right of withdrawal

Version of 9 October 2026. The Italian version prevails. It applies to consumers, that is to people buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

The right

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, that is from the day you subscribed, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw

Before the 14 days expire, send us a clear statement of your decision at giacomo@velion.it. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. We will confirm that we received it.

What happens

• We end the subscription and refund you within 14 days of receiving your statement, with the means of payment you used.
• Since you asked us at purchase to start the service at once, we keep the part of the price that matches the service provided until the withdrawal, including the AI usage already consumed.
