How AI usage works

Included usage
Each plan includes an amount of AI every month, counted at the same rates as on-demand usage. It does not carry over.
On-demand usage
On paid plans, AI can continue beyond the included usage. It is billed as it accrues, at the same rates.
Spend limits
You choose a monthly limit for on-demand usage, and a company can set one for each person. At the limit, AI stops.
Prices and tax
Prices exclude VAT, which is added according to your country. Payments go through Stripe.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time: the plan stays until the end of the period already paid.
Changing plan
Changing plan or number of seats is charged for the days left, and the month’s included AI follows.
